Due to the nature of our business, we cannot off refunds on subscription boxes. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time up until your re-billing date. To do so, please visit the customer portal, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you receive a damaged or unusable item within your box, please see the Exchanges section below.
Please note: we will only accept returns for marketplace items that are unopened and unused. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the item and it must arrive in new condition.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 14 days of delivery to receive a replacement. Include photos, if applicable.
Please include your proof of purchase in any correspondence with us. Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please be patient, but do let us know if you have concerns.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items cannot be refunded.
In the case of returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
